Gmail, move over a bit, Notion wants to take up space here.Notion has announced the development of a new email application with artificial intelligence features and extensive personalization options.
Notion Mail will allow users to create their own unique inbox interface with personalized layouts and actions. The company aims to rethink the basic principles of working with email.
Notion AI will help you automatically organize emails, create archives, and write replies according to the specified parameters. Thanks to integration with Notion Calendar the system will be able to schedule appointments and quickly generate personalized emails through the «quick snippets» function.
Mail is scheduled to launch in early 2025. The app will support Google and Gmail accounts and will work on iPhone and Android devices. The project is currently in beta, but those interested can join the waiting list at Notion website.
Notion also presented a new Forms tool for collecting responses, enhanced layout customization, and Gmail notification automation. The company has updated its marketplace where users can buy and sell Notion templates.
