Zotac has denied that it had any video from a factory in Indonesia a new, unreleased graphics card. This is not the NVIDIA RTX 5090, but a previous generation graphics adapter.
Recently, a video went viral in which, according to the caption, workers at an Indonesian factory were allegedly testing the RTX 5090. The comments referred to the Zotac model. Zotac has officially denied the claim that the video was a Zotac RTX 5090 and stated that it was an existing RTX 4070 Ti Super Solid model.
«Over the past two days, we have noticed inaccurate speculation regarding a new graphics card rumored to be manufactured by ZOTAC. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the product featured in the video source in question is in fact known as the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER SOLID, which is currently in production.
The video that has gone viral on the internet refers to an internal training recording of a trial production run at our facility in Indonesia, to test the performance of newly installed production equipment.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any unfounded speculation».
However, it is not surprising that someone could confuse or deliberately pass off the RTX 4070 Ti Super Solid as a new video card. It is one of Zotac’s largest custom models. The three-fan form factor, massive radiator, size, and the need for four slots on the case indicate something very powerful. The 336.5 mm long video card has three 100 mm fans. Zotac’s RTX 4070 Ti Super Solid is larger than some NVIDIA RTX 4090.
It is almost certain that RTX 5090 will be presented at CES 2025 in early January. As a rule, NVIDIA partners almost immediately introduce own variants, so production is probably already underway.
